Preface to the second edition: When I set out to write this book, my intention was to create something new and practical that helped people feel great. It’s been fantastic connecting with others over our shared interest in exploring consciousness. I’ve come to realize that we are all wizards with the ability to change reality for ourselves and others; we just need a little guidance. Seeking wisdom has been a path to more personal peace and empowerment. I’m better able to manage ambitions, emotions and relationships. Practicing the techniques in the book has helped me listen better, be more effective, generous, accepting, forgiving, compassionate, expressive, confident, grateful, at ease & less bothered by outside forces. I’ve felt the benefits of putting the mindfulness ‘rubber to the road’ and am ready for more. After several interviews and presenting workshops on this material, I discovered some holes regarding topics readers felt were important to them. In addition, after practicing the activities for over a year I’ve been able to further fine-tune the process of progress. This second edition offers a smoother and more complete reading experience, along with additional insight to the mechanics of our marvelous minds. Once again, I submit my best effort in service to others.
